Prostitution scatters HIV/AIDS, violence, crimes, rape, human trafficking. Prostitution must be eradicated, but it seems impossible to be done. Some propose the opinion of regulating or decriminalizing prostitution as a way to control HIV/AIDS cases, protect women and children, to provide a promising career for the poor, simultaneously contribute to the government tax revenue.
